Mermaid Mend

Mermaid Mend is a natural source of plant bio-stimulants sourced from the North Atlantic Ocean that trigger numerous beneficial plant responses; the most important being the total elimination of transplant shock. Without Mermaid Mend it can take your cannabis plants to 2-3 weeks to recover from transplant shock. With Mermaid Mend plants can be transplanted repeatedly without downtime. In addition, Mermaid Mend gives plants the resilience, health, and vigor they’ll need to reach their genetic potential!

Soluble Potash (K₂O) …………………………. 15.0%

Constant agitation is NOT necessary – Mermaid Mend is completely water soluble so once dissolved it will not separate or settle.

Mix only what you need – Mermaid Mend is packed with beneficial microorganisms where, once mixed with water they become biologically active and begin to multiply. If your mix is saved for days, you might find the odor becomes a bit objectionable. If using an irrigation system, rinse with clean water after each use.

To mix – Using a quart sized canning jar, add the dry mix, and fill to 3/4 with water – shake to mix. Now, you’ll see it’s mixed well and all the particles are suspended in the mix. Using a separate “room temperature water” mix the two together, now you’re ready to apply. Keep in mind, you never want to add hot or cold water directly to your plants – room temperature will be best!

Apply to soil (not to foliage) – The nutrients in Mermaid Mend are designed to feed the organisms that develop healthy soils as much as they feed the plants. This biological activity is just as important in bioponic or soilless media as it is in natural soil or compost. While applying to the leaves will not harm the plants it may stain the leaf/bud surfaces – we apply ours just like the rest, to the soil.

• Mix two level teaspoons/gallon
• Transplant cubed can be soaked in the solution for 15 minutes before transplanting. If soaking is impractical, apply liberally to the soil immediately after transplanting and repeat daily for 5 days.

For constant feeding systems reduce the dose by one-half and be sure to monitor your EC.

Allow plants one nutrient free week before harvest.
